3. Investments

• Minimum and Maximum Investment: Investments range from $1,000 to $100,000.
• Commission Schedule:
  • Trading commissions begin 72 hours after the initial investment.
  • Returns are credited weekly and are subject to market conditions.
• Risk Acknowledgment: Investments involve risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results. AutoInvestChain is not liable for any losses incurred.

4. Affiliate Program

• Direct Commissions: Earn 5% of the investment amount for every referral.
• Team Commissions: Commissions are earned across 10 levels and credited monthly.
• You must comply with ethical marketing practices. Spamming or false advertising may result in termination of your affiliate account.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can be requested at any time and will be processed within 12–48 hours.
• All withdrawals are subject to verification to comply with KYC and AML regulations.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are available under the following conditions:
  • If canceled within 3 months, all earned commissions will be deducted before the refund is processed.
  • After 3 months, the full invested amount will be refunded.
• Refund requests must be submitted via your account dashboard.

7. Earnings Cap

• A monthly earning cap of $50,000 is in place to ensure sustainable and equitable distribution among users.

8. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use AutoInvestChain solely for lawful purposes.
• Unauthorized access, sharing of account credentials, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Data Protection

• Your personal and financial information is protected under strict data security measures, including encryption and multi-factor authentication.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

11. Limitation of Liability

• AutoInvestChain is not responsible for losses caused by market volatility, unforeseen technical issues, or misuse of the platform.
• We do not guarantee specific returns or outcomes from your investments.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration, as governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by AutoInvestChain.
